Urgent Notice to All Winners – SAMARTHYA 2026
Dear Participants/Producers,
This is to inform all winners of both National & Regional Categories of SAMARTHYA 2026 – National Level Short Film Festival that the award-winning films cannot be uploaded independently on the producers’/directors’ personal YouTube channels or any other online platform.
All award-winning films are the official property of the SSEPD Department, Government of Odisha.
The award-winning films will be officially uploaded/published on the
SSEPD Department’s website soon.
However, all producers/directors are free to apply and submit their films to
National and International Short Film Festivals for participation,
screening and recognition, subject to the respective festival rules.
We request all winners to kindly cooperate with the SSEPD Department and follow
the above instructions strictly.
